International Demo Consent Policy

This Policy applies when you request a website demo from Workless Studio through the project-inquiry form on wlstudio.co, or by email, Zalo, WhatsApp or another channel, and when you send us materials for that demo.

The demo service is provided by WORKLESS STUDIO HOUSEHOLD BUSINESS (Hộ kinh doanh Workless Studio), household business registration and tax number 031208003836, registered at 73/1B Street 21, Quarter 1, Hiep Binh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam ("Workless Studio", "we").

You give the consents in this Policy on behalf of the business you represent ("your business") by ticking the consent box before sending a demo request. If you do not agree, please do not send the request; you can still contact us to talk first.

To build a demo, we use the information you choose to give us, which may include:

• Company name, trading name and industry.
• The contact person's name, email and phone number.
• Descriptions of products and services, prices, opening hours, addresses and target customers.
• Logos, brand colours, photos, product images, written content, and links to an existing website or social pages.
• Your answers in the project-inquiry form and later messages.
• Please send only what the demo needs. Do not send passwords, access keys, identity documents, bank details, sensitive personal data, or personal data about your customers or staff unless we have agreed that it is necessary.

You allow Workless Studio to collect, record, store, organise, adapt, combine and otherwise process the information and materials you provide, only for these purposes:

• Assessing your request and planning the demo.
• Designing, building, hosting and presenting the demo website.
• Contacting you about the demo, your feedback, a proposal or a quotation.
• Keeping a record of your request and of this consent.
• We do not sell your data and do not use it for unrelated marketing. Personal data in your materials is handled under our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Policy.

By sending a demo request, you confirm that:

• The information you provide is accurate, truthful and not misleading, and you will tell us if it changes.
• You are authorised to act for your business and to give these consents.
• Your business owns, or has permission to use, the logos, trademarks, images, text and other materials you send, and our use of them for the demo will not infringe anyone's rights.
• Where your materials contain other people's personal data (for example staff names or photos), you have a lawful basis to share it with us for this purpose.
• We rely on these confirmations. We are not responsible for errors in a demo caused by inaccurate or incomplete information you provided, and you are responsible for claims arising from materials you did not have the right to share.

You allow us to publish the demo website, including your business's information and materials, on the internet at a subdomain of wlstudio.co (for example your-business.wlstudio.co).

Anyone with the link can open the demo. We send the link to you, and you may share it within your business. We ask search engines not to index demo pages, and we do not list demos publicly on our website.

Every demo is labelled as a demo prepared by Workless Studio. It is not your official website, and its content may be draft or illustrative until you approve it.

Your business keeps full ownership of its name, trademarks and materials. You grant Workless Studio a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use, copy, resize and adapt them only to prepare, host and present the demo while the demo is online.

We will not use your name, brand or demo in our portfolio, case studies, advertising or social media without your separate written permission.

The demo is free and creates no obligation for either side to sign a contract. The design, layout, code and other work Workless Studio creates for the demo remain ours until a signed agreement transfers or licenses them to you.

Until then, please do not copy, reproduce or deploy the demo's design or code elsewhere.

• A demo stays online for up to 30 days after we first send you the link, unless we agree a different period in writing.
• If we sign an agreement, the demo may stay online while the project continues, under that agreement.
• If no agreement is signed, we take the demo offline at the end of that period and delete or anonymise the materials you provided within 30 days afterwards, except the inquiry record we keep under our Privacy Policy.
• You can ask us to take the demo offline at any time. We will do so within 3 business days of receiving your request.

We may use service providers to host, secure and build the demo, including server and domain providers, design and development tools, and AI-assisted tools. They process data on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations, and only as far as the demo requires.

Where data is processed outside Vietnam, we apply the cross-border safeguards described in our Privacy Policy.

You can withdraw these consents at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will take the demo offline and stop using your materials for the demo, as described in section 8. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out before it.

You also keep the rights described in our Privacy Policy, including the rights to access, correct or delete personal data.

We protect demo materials with reasonable technical and organisational measures, including limiting access to the team working on your demo.

No online system is completely secure. If an incident affects your data, we will respond as described in our Privacy Policy.

This Policy applies together with our Privacy Policy. If you sign a service agreement, our Service Terms and that agreement govern the project from signing and prevail over this Policy if they conflict.

We may update this Policy. Every published version remains available in the public version history. The version you accepted applies to your demo request.

This Policy is governed by the laws of Vietnam, without limiting any mandatory data protection rights you have under the law where you operate.
